Qualifications

*Male/Female; 23 to 40 years old
*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Education/ Teaching/ Training and equivalent.
*1-2 years teaching experience in On-line ESL is a plus
*Must have excellent American English Accent
*Must be patient, flexible and dynamic in teaching diverse background
